This policy explains how EC Applications handles information collected through ecapplications.com and related website inquiries. It also explains how to choose optional cookies, stop marketing outreach and submit a privacy request.
Information we collect and why
We collect the details you submit, such as name, business email, company, phone number, message, project information and how you found us. We use them to answer questions, prepare estimates, manage business relationships and deliver content you request.
Our project estimator may also collect your application, project area and depth, material preferences and notes. Inquiry forms distinguish project requests, general questions and employment inquiries. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
Our website and service providers also process connection and usage information, including IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, campaign information and timestamps. Optional analytics use browser identifiers to measure visits, interactions and traffic sources. A form submission may associate an existing browser identifier with your contact record when you have accepted optional analytics.
Privacy-request forms collect the information needed to identify and handle your request. Marketing opt-outs record the email address and any phone number you provide so those details can be excluded from future outreach.
Who receives information
We use HubSpot for contact records and form submissions, and Vercel for hosting, performance measurement and security. When you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and HubSpot measure site activity. Privacy requests are processed through EFI USA’s shared request service, which stores requests and marketing opt-outs in Redis.
Relevant employees, contractors and the EFI USA and EC Applications teams may receive information to handle your inquiry or request. Providers receive information needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
Cookies, browser storage and advertising choices
Optional analytics and advertising tags on this site stay off until you select “Accept optional analytics.” You can reject them and continue using the site. Essential functions, including security, your privacy choice and forms you choose to submit, remain available.
Use the button below to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance clears known analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop those tags. A browser’s Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tags off even if you previously accepted them. Choices apply to this browser on this site; set them separately on other browsers and devices.
These controls also provide a way to opt out of optional tracking that could be treated as sharing for cross-context advertising. They do not prevent a service provider from processing information needed to deliver a page or handle a form you submit.
Marketing choices
Providing contact details for an inquiry does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter. Where a signup is offered, the signup action requests that particular subscription. You can use the form below to opt out of marketing by email and, if you provide a phone number, calls and texts. The shared opt-out list covers EFI USA and EC Applications. Necessary replies and project communications can continue.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing inquiries or projects, applicable recordkeeping obligations and the need to resolve disputes. You may request deletion using the form below. We retain the minimum opt-out information needed to avoid contacting you again. Website records and privacy requests are protected by access controls; connections to this website use HTTPS. No online system can guarantee complete security.

You may exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment. This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
You or an authorized agent can submit a request below. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or an agent’s authority before providing, changing or deleting records. An opt-out does not require an account. Access, correction and deletion requests are reviewed; submission does not mean the underlying records have already been changed.
