Real sites, real containment, start to finish
Our crews install geosynthetic containment on landfill cells, mining heap leach pads and tailings impoundments, water and wastewater reservoirs and ponds, oil and gas frac and produced water pits, and transportation tunnels. The same people move from one market to the next, so you build a wide skill set on projects that protect groundwater, soil, and critical infrastructure.
A typical day is hands-on field work: laying out panels, welding seams, and testing the install to spec before handoff. You learn the craft alongside crews who carry decades of installation experience and take pride in passing it along.
What we look for
- Field experience with geosynthetic liners, welding, or earthwork is a strong start
- Willingness to travel to project sites across California, Texas, and Nevada
- Attention to detail on seams and testing, where small things protect the system
- A team mindset that holds the same standards from the first panel to the final test
